Useful ideas.
Wider possibilities.
We are building a home for practical guidance that helps people make thoughtful choices about digital tools and ways of working.
Relay Horizons is a new publishing project. Our starting point is simple: make one useful next step easier to see. We are beginning with a practical guide to choosing digital tools, and will grow the site as we develop more material.
Begin with a real need.
Focus on what someone wants to accomplish and the constraints that matter to them.
Explain the tradeoffs.
Make room for cost, limitations, alternatives and uncertainty.
Keep options open.
Value approaches that can adapt as people, tools and priorities change.
How we approach content
We use AI tools to assist research and drafting. Our aim is to distinguish documented features, practical guidance and first-hand experience. When we publish a product review or comparison, we will describe the basis for it and identify what has or has not been tested.
The site currently offers a general decision framework. We have not published product reviews, rankings or claims of customer results.
How this project may be funded
Future content may include affiliate links, through which we may earn a commission from an eligible purchase. We will identify these links clearly. There are no affiliate links on this launch site. Read the affiliate disclosure for our approach.
